This Privacy Policy explains how the SCHWEPE website at https://schwepe.meme (the “Site”) handles information. In short: the Site is an informational dashboard that displays live, publicly available data from the XRP Ledger and public APIs, and that does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect personal information.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, wallet addresses you enter, or any account credentials. There is no sign-up, login, or contact form. We do not sell or rent any information, because we do not collect it.
2. Information processed automatically
- Server & security logs. Like any website, our hosting and our network provider (Cloudflare) process standard request metadata — such as IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps — transiently to serve pages and to protect the Site against attacks and abuse (DDoS mitigation, rate limiting). This is used for security and reliability, not to profile you.
- Local device storage.The Site stores a single preference — your light/ dark theme choice — in your browser’s
localStorage. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it anytime via your browser.
3. No cookies or tracking (today)
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, present a consent banner.
4. Third-party services
Some features load content from third parties, which may receive your IP address and basic request data when that content loads, under their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare — content delivery, TLS, and DDoS protection.
- DexScreener — the embedded price chart.
- OpenSea and XRP Ledger explorers / public APIs — on-chain and market data shown on the Site.
We do not share any information with these services beyond what your browser sends them directly when their content loads.
5. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
